Spanish sauce producer Musa has launched a new vegan mayonnaise in a top-down PET format.

The new mayonnaise is gluten- and preservative-free and contains 0% of animal-origin ingredients. Musa says the product is developed to reach a larger number of consumers, including consumers who are egg- or lactose-intolerant, as well as vegans and flexitarians.

The company said: “This product meets the expectations and demand of a large part of vegans, vegetarians and “flexitarians”, who seek authentic and homemade flavours for their dishes”.
