During the webinar, participants will have the opportunity to see a live 3D demonstration of a material handling system for biscuit production. They will surf through the system, seeing the most relevant elements and critical aspects to consider when planning an integrated automation system.
Visitors will have the opportunity to simulate the operation of DryAir4Food, the Penta dryer for pneumatic conveying systems; Vakupulse, the pneumatic transport system; and Spheriko, the innovative dosing unit strong spherical arch breaker.
The webinar will address the main challenges producers face when handling ingredients in powder form, such as flours, sugar, cocoa and also viscous liquids such as cream, caramel and chocolate.
